Our assistant chefs are a vital part of our operation in that they assist the Head chef in their roles. Usually you would be responsible for the afternoon tea, desserts and children’s dinner.
Assisting in the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen area and assist the chalet person when required. In addition to being an integral part of a busy team you would also gain valuable experience.
As with all of our roles you would have the opportunity to work with like-minded people from all walks of life with the additional benefit of meeting new guests each week.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience: General catering or hygiene qualifications.
Location: French Alps (various resorts).
Salary is competitive + benefits
Position starts in December and ends in April/May
